Three 90-minute sessions built into your conference schedule. Each day targets a different dimension of peak performance — Body, Mind, and Energy. No background knowledge in Yoga or meditation required. Just come willing.

Day-3:ENERGY

Your body runs on energy. Learn to manage it consciously.

  • 60-Minute Yoga Session

This session focuses on cleansing the nadis, the pathways through which pranic energy flows, supporting balance and psychological wellbeing.

45-Minute Session

Daily Energy Toolkit

Participants leave with a repeatable routine under 15 minutes to sustain peak performance.

RESEARCH STUDY OPPORTUNITY

Participants are invited to take part in a research study running alongside the sessions
