Day1: Thursday, April 23 (6 am - 7:30 am)

Session Plan

  • 30-minute walk + icebreaker

  • 60-minute Yoga & Meditation session that includes:

  • Neck Practices to activate the neck and shoulder region.

  • Yoga Namaskar to activate the lumbar region and strengthen the muscles along the spine.

  • Meditation for Success to harness the power of the mind and manifest what you want in your life.

Day 2: FRIDAY, APRIL 24 (6 AM - 7:30 AM)

Session Plan

  • 30-minute walk + icebreaker

  • 60-minute Yoga & Meditation session that includes:

  • Miracle of Mind meditation to foster mental health, emotional stability, and inner peace.
