Refunds
Tickets purchased over 30 days prior to the event can be canceled for a full refund (minus processing fees). Purchases within 30 days of the event are non-refundable. To cancel and receive a refund, if eligible, please notify us by contacting team@ctcconferences.com. Refunds, if applicable, will be based on the actual fees paid and returned to your original payment method within 90 days.
Transfers
You may transfer your ticket, as long as you let us know in writing at least 14 days before the event starts. To request a ticket transfer, please email team@ctcconferences.com with your email confirmation. Include the new attendee’s name and email.
No-Show Policy
Registrants who do not attend and have not requested a refund or transfer by the deadlines above will forfeit their ticket.
Special Event Tickets
Special event tickets and passes are non-refundable but can be transferred until March 31st, 2026.
