Structured Networking Sessions Breakfast & Lunch
To foster meaningful connections among attendees, the conference will host dedicated Networking Hours during both Breakfast and Lunch on Thursday April 23, Friday April 24 and Saturday April 25.
The networking area will feature eight themed Pods, each designed to bring together participants with shared interests or affiliations.

Breakfast Networking
(7.30-8.30 on April 23rd, 24th and 25th)
Breakfast sessions will be organized around IIT Alumni Chapters, enabling alumni from various regional chapters to reconnect, build relationships, and strengthen the global IIT community.
Lunch Networking
(11.30 – 1 pm on April 23rd and 24th)
Lunch sessions will be organized around specific topics and themes, allowing attendees to engage in discussions aligned with their professional interests and areas of expertise.
Pod Structure
Each networking Pod will have a clearly designated area with signage indicating its theme or topic. Attendees may collect their breakfast or lunch and proceed to the Pod that best aligns with their interests.
Within each Pod:

Multiple tables will be arranged, each seating up to 10 participants.
A Pod Facilitator will be present to guide the session.
The facilitator will help welcome participants, coordinate seating, ensure introductions are made, and encourage productive discussions around the Pod’s theme.

Session Format
Each networking session will last approximately 50 minutes and will be structured to maximize interaction among participants.
Attendees will begin by joining a table within their chosen Pod.
The first discussion round will last approximately 20 minutes.
This will be followed by a 5–10-minute transition break, allowing participants to move to another table, either within the same Pod or to a different Pod—to meet additional attendees.
A second discussion will then begin, giving participants the opportunity to broaden their network and engage in new conversations.
This structured format ensures that participants can meet multiple peers, exchange ideas, and build valuable connections during each networking session.
