Start your day with intention, clarity, and connection. As a complementary offering for all IIT2026 attendees, our morning wellness sessions are designed to energize the body and calm the mind before a full day of big ideas and bold conversations.
Choose from two rejuvenating experiences:

Yoga Session: Led by a certified instructor, this all-levels yoga session will take place outdoors with ocean views and a gentle breeze. Mats will be provided, so just bring your breath and an open mind.

Guided Coastal Walk: Enjoy a refreshing morning walk along Long Beach’s scenic shoreline, led by a local guide. This relaxed, conversational pace is perfect for casual networking and grounding yourself in the beauty of Southern California.
